Sometimes, the human species is pleasantly surprising. I found this question in the feedback, and, felt that it should be addressed.

"Are you or any of these peaceful races able and willing to apply advanced medical techniques on humans - to heal humans in need - on a goodwill basis? "
"If so, how are you or these races further contacted?"

Yes.

I can't speak for any other races, but I can speak for my people; the answer is unequivocablly yes. Our assets in orbit around earth are equipped to render aid in a number of areas. Medicine is one that we will give freely of. It can be some small token of appreciation for keeping Anthra safe.

There is, unfortunately, one perhaps major issue; your governments do not want us "interfering" in terrestrial matters. They would prefer that our presence be kept secret, and any benefit that comes from us be administered by the governments. They seem to be quite adamant about this, to the extent of attempting to isolate us from our child Anthra, and enlisting the aid of other extraterrestrials to keep us "at bay".

There may be a solution to this, one that can be enacted by the people of the Earth itself. There is an organization within the United States called: Extraterrestrial Contact Act Organization.

These people have advocated a congressional act and protocol that addresses Extraterrestrial contact issues. You might think about visiting their website at: http://www.contactact.org and reading through their material. Then, for those of you who live in the United States; contact your congressional representatives and urge them to make this "Extraterrestrial Contact Act" a reality. This will remove many of the issues we currently have with assisting Earth not only in the area of Medicine, but many others as well. If you the people of Earth are truly ready for contact...make your voice heard by the stars.
